Olsor- They may not know there is a central Illinois, but if they get a new park with few decent coasters then we could start to be known! :) Just think, the first floorless in Illinois...okay, that is a little bit too out of hand! Ha ha! :)

The watermelon some people are asking about is the watermelon Abe Lincoln used to christen Lincoln,IL(named by Lincoln himself..humbly). The Reverend who proposed the idea of a statue did not originally want a theme park. His idea was to bring tourism to Lincoln and the surrounding area. This is all from an interview with the Reverend today on WGN-AM Radio. BTW, the statue is to be visible by the naked eye for 20 miles. From the interview, the Reverend is waiting for news from the Illinois theme park commission(or something of that nature). Right now, funding is the key issue.
