Hello everyone,
Long time lurker here, but this is my first post. I live in southern Indiana and my home park is Holiday World. I haven't been to many other parks, just SFKK and WDW. My plan is to join Coasterbuzz club and go to SRM 2003.

Sounds like a good plan to me!

Without the chaindog, you'd never get up the lifthill...
I've been reading the forums for about six months. Just now realized that you don't have to be a member of the Coasterbuzz club to post. Doh! Thanks for the welcome.

Like posting about how much you hate shockwave?
edit: I.E.
"How much RollerJunkie hates Shockwave:
I wish that a person would come by with a truckful of dynomite, place at least 100 dynomite in each of Shockwave's head-slamming whiplash banging so-called "cork-screws" and blast them out one by one. Then, I want a person to come by with 10 tons of acid and pour it on the rest of the ride, and make crowds upon crowds of people laugh as they watch it rust and slowly.. die. Then, I hope they use the remaining pieces of steel crap to make steel toilets. The end.

Hey all,
My name is Jason and I am also a new member to the Coasterbuzz club. I am 20 years old and a junior at Penn State. If I had to pick a home park, it would be Dorney Park as my "home" away from college is only an hour and a half from there. My favorite park is Cedar Point! I actually worked there in the summer of 2001 on the Power Tower, and for a couple of months this past summer on the Magnum! (I was the one who started the spiel "Enjoy your ride aboard coasterbuzz.com's 2001 steel roller coaster of the year, the Magnum X-L 200!...) I even remember some of you guys talking about it. *grin*
I love roller coasters and have been reading your opinions for quite some time now. (I guess I that earned me lurker status.) I especially enjoy the debates about Cedar Fair, and the direction/strategies the partnership executes. I am a junkie of that stuff and just really admire what they have done. (Especially, since Dorney Park was my childhood park I have seen first hand what they have done to that place.)
I look forward to getting to know some of you people. Take care

Let's go state!... Hey that isn't fair you were around during the Kerry Collins/ Ki-Jana Carter domination days. Wish I could have been a part of that. Hopefully LJ breaks 2,000 yards on Saturday. That would be very nice.
