New Jersey accidents down this year

As amusement parks go dark and the traveling carnivals head south with the end of summer, figures compiled by the New Jersey Division of Codes and Standards show three people suffered serious inju ries and 226 others had minor inju ries this year. In 2005, two people died, two were seriously injured and 382 sustained minor injuries.

Has anyone informed New Jersey that 2 data points doesn't make a trend? This is statistics 101 type stuff.
Sounds like somebody took the course that they used to teach at San Diego State, "How to Make Statistics Lie For You". Seriously it was in the catalog.
