New idea for all coasters!!!!!!!

This is an idea for all those people out there who are afraid of riding some of todays giants.  On every single ride they should add a ride simulater to show what the ride will do.  Then if you dont want to ride you dont have to.  I think this would be a cool addition to all the parks. Do you think so??????

Eh, maybe.

I think people can just look at the coaster and decide if they want to ride it or not, but maybe we will see that in the coming years.

I've tried a couple of different coasters on the simulator that's out there for Cedar Point's coasters, and its not even close to the real experience.
Don't they do that at IOA for The Incredible Hulk?  I could have sworn I saw something on TV like that.  There was like this whole group of people who were afraid of riding.  The employees showed them what the Hulk would do in a simulator.  Then the people when on Hulk.

Yes.  They have that Cedar Point Simulator thing at the NYNY Hotel/Casino in Las Vegas.  It was broken when I went. :(  Oh I think you could ride Mantis, Magnum, Blue Streak, Iron Dragon, Gemini, and a few others on it.

Sounds like a lame ultra expensive idea that would really do nothing except maybe attract riders who are too short.

There are arcade machines which are rides POV's.  They're at many normal arcades outside the park, I saw one in Hawaii.

Someone's got too much time on their hands I think...

yeah, i did that CP simulator at Ocean City boardwalk. It has Mantis Magnum, Mean Streak, Gemini, Iron Dragon, and Raptor.

Riding Flight of Fear 7 times in a row: Priceless
Ahhh that crappy RonBotics simulator? I had to spend 4 of my very beloved gold coins on that. I hated it. On the brake run of Mantis, it was moving left to right. I like the VR 2002 MaxFlight Simulator. That was fun because it really spins you up side down.

PS i rode it at Kahunavill in Syracuse

There is a Kahunaville at our mall, I will have to check that out and see if they have it. I dunno if they would since a 2 hour drive and you're there anyways.

The arcade simulator is the CoasteRider Express.  It's not worth looking at, let alone riding.  And, well, they're a giant pain to maintain.  They do not work very well.

I don't know if the program involving Hulk is something IOA does on a regular basis.  I thought it was just a promotional thing, but I have been known to be wrong.

I think it's a good idea, however there are coaster pov videos on the web and on some park sites like Cedar Point.
