New Geauga Lake Commercial Online

Hello Coaster Fans Who Were Having Trouble Deciding Which Theme Park To Hit For The Best Fireworks,

If anyone is interested, Geauga Lake posted one of their commercials online. It has the same "Fun" guy most people have been talking about from the other GL commercial. The online one also has the Geauga Lake theme song playing in it. And now for something completely different...

If anyone else is interested, Geauga Lake also accepted YET another past Six Flags Program. They have now accepted the Math-A-Thon. Kids take pledges on how many math problems they can get right. The Money raised has always and will always go towards medical research for kids. Once the kids from Math-A-Thon complete it they get a free pass to Geauga Lake. Geauga Lake has stated they made the decision to accept it now after MANY calls from the town, kids, parents, schools, teachers, etc.

Wood Coaster Fan Club - coming to a park near you

Look at that fabulous video compression. :)

There's a newer spot airing in the Cleveland market with lots of flying over the park, the point I think being, "There's so much to do here!" They're doing more than I expected this year. I hope they can actually deliver on the "fun" (and I don't mean the chubby guy in the spot).

So thats how you say Geauga. (I thought it was pronounced differently, you learn something new every day. :))

I wonder who will be the first person to ask where they can find the mp3 file for that song..... ;)

pretty lame commercial IMO, but at least it will keep the pesky teens away ;)

Yeah same here. And if that were real life, Thrills would be choking laughs by now because he put gum in her hair, while he kicks the back of Fun's seat asking where their gonna be there, and Happiness is on the edge because of this and Thrills complaining about bathroom breaks, all this on top of the fact their are tired and completely gone on nitrous oxide...

While we are on the topic of new CF:LP park commercials, WOF has added their "break out of your routine" commercial line to their website. I personally like the park bench one the best.

Well, if I ask for it, I will ask marketing. That jingle is played at the park every morning at opening. I bet I will have the words memorized by the end of the summer, if I work open enough.

I do want to see the new commercial though, as I am working at the park so much, I am usually too tired for tv when I get home. The worst part is I am only working about 60-65 hours a week. (I think a little more last week).

Did Daimler/Chrysler provide some funds for this commercial considering the family is headed to GL in the new PT Cruiser convertible?

By the way, the commercial is kinda cheesy. :)

I personally am tired of those GL commercials. I want to stick FUN and his family somewhere UnFUN. The commercials are annoying.

On July 16 (I think) the PowerPuff Girls will be there. That commercial is actually kinda cool even if you don't like the girls. The song they play is a lot better than the GL theme song.

The Camp Snoopy commercial looks like it wasn't filmed totally at WOF. When Snoopy jumps out of the bushes, you can see a CP trash can in the background. :)

Looks to me like all of those Camp Snoopy scenes were from Cedar Point. You can see Gemini behind Frog Hopper (or, I guess WOF calls it Air Mail?).

Seriously, where is the MP3 for that song? lol

Walt, I figured as much because when they show the Snoopy bounce house (I don't remember their name for it, and I cant watch the video right now), you can see TTD banners hanging in the background.

Did they take the file down? I can't seem to find it...

To see the Worlds of Fun commercials, hit reload on the main web page, they have a few square banners that change randomly. One of them will take you to the commercials page, and there is also one that will say "See the new Spinning Dragons commercial."
