Ok don't get too excited sorry for the big headline actually I have created 2 new flat rides for RCT2 and so can you. Both need a trainer to be created that allows you to change operation mode and number of cars per train before they are fully operational
1 You can create a BAYERN CURVE with the steel looping coaster set to maximum circuits per ride and 1 space for the station that looks close to real life. Exceptions train are side by side seating and only 3 cars long
2 CYCLOTRON this ride is similar to a super loop/ring of fire with cars on the side of the loop for this ride I used the X style coaster and set the station to 1 piece long. I also set it to max. circuits. I will need the trainer(if it's ever released) to lengthen the train and to change the mode to powered launch
As I said these are close to real rides and possible additions to an expansion since they use coaster designing in their construction I announced them so that others who haven't figured them out could get the idea.

I hadn't thought of that Kick The Sky your right it would look more accurate for rider position
Steelphantom there is no trainer for RCT2 yet that I know of but the trainer I used for RCT1(Dragons IOA) had features for changing trains, operation modes and train lengths. I made an extended Hypersonic style coaster with the air powered train and the vertical drop coaster track that did helixes and less steep foot hills. Hopefully the author of that trainer is working on a RCT2 version.
Has anyone else "created" anew ride with what's available in the game RCT1 or 2

I've sort of made an S&S Absolutely Insane and a Skycoaster. For the S&S, I used a Launched Freefall (side note: IMO, that name's a big improvement over Whoa Belly) built to 200 feet (the highest you can launch one without the intensity being over 10) with Mechanical theming pipes around it for the towers. I painted the Launched Freefall tower itself black so that it's like it's not there.
For the Skycoaster, I used the Inverted Shuttle (Vekoma Invertigo) coaster since it's the closest thing that has reverse incline launch mode. I used scenery items for the arch and rear tower, and set it to 3 circuits.
