New England Family Vacation

My family and I are taking a vacation to New York, Massachusetts, Conneticut, and Pennnsylvania. Out of these states which 3 parks would you go to I would mainly like to go to SFGADV and SFNE but are there better prks, because my dad is letting me pick 3 parks I want to go to, however my dad likes free so if its a Six Flags park the better which parks in this area would you suggest?

(Note: we are definitely going to be in Buffallo and NYC)

If you'll be in Buffalo, Darien Lake is just a hop, skip and jump away. It's not the most breathtaking park ever, but for free, it wasn't bad.

I'd suggest Knoebel's in PA. That may be out of your way, or not, depending on the route you take between the City and Buffalo. Great Adventure is south of New York City by about an hour's drive.

In Massachusetts and Connecticut, combine Six Flags New England and Lake Compounce into a single day. Take advantage of the Lake's Twilight Admission.

In New York City and the outlying boroughs and counties, there's both Astroworld and the Cyclone as well as Rye Playland. Each could be a nice stop en route to somewhere else.

Dorney Park isn't too far from New York City, either, but I don't like it, so.

Hershey isn't a bad choice either, but I do recommend Knoebel's and Compounce. I wouldn't combine Compounce and SFNE, but I'm an airtime whore and I can ride S:RoS over and over and over. Both Boulder Dash and S:RoS are phenomenal at night, so...

Wow, that is just like the vacation I was planning. Because I am from Buffalo, I can tell you that Darien Lake does not have to be a whole day event, I'd suggest going around 3 and staying until closing, the park usually isnt very crowded.
