i do not know yet probably making it go more than once
The "by Christmas" part makes me think it's mainly a change in theming, but I hope you're right - S&S towers can give a variety of rides, and "the other DD" at IOA is certainly a great ride already.  The shorter version at Wild Adventures (named Double Shot) gives SERIOUS air on the first two turbo-shots, decent air on the next two.  I assume it has something to do with the amount of air pressure.

I am going in the beginning of November so maybe it will be better by then.  Maybe they will give two full shots.  I went on one at Myrtle Beach at this shopping mall and it shot you up multiple times.  Is it me or does the right tower(looking at it from streets of Marvel Super Hero Island) go higher or faster or something?  I always get a bigger thrill on the right tower.

no they are both 200 ft by the way they are set up it does look that way though
That's kinda funny (the perspective thing).  I remember driving up CP's causeway looking at MF...didn't look as tall as the Power Tower...P.S.  It was a LOT taller, LOL!

Actually Power Tower is 300 feet tall with the little arches at the top, so you really weren't seeing things.
But it's a close call though :

• Millennium Force - 310 FT

• Power Tower - 300 FT

I hope they add more launches.
ditto_716:they have one of those at a myrtle beach mall and i missed it?!!?;)
