There have been a ton of rumors circulating about who is going to be the next CEO of Disney once Eisner steps down (which is either 2005 or 2006), and many websites are speculating that Steve Jobs would be the man that could turn things around. I believe this would be a great choice, as Jobs is the CEO of Apple Computer and Pixar, Disney would not have to reclaim a deal with Pixar, but rather work with them. Also, since Jobs' return to Apple six years ago, he has turned the company around... I think this would be a good thing for the rest of the company and turn it back more on what Walt Disney originally meant his company to be.
Thoughts?
BUT don't be too upset when June rolls around and the board names Bob Iger as the next Disney CEO. I'd hate to see it because I think he will neglect the parks in favor of his broadcasting stronghold but the fact that ABC is doing well again sort of ices Iger as the next Disney CEO.
