new DDR game for gamecube

http://www.the-magicbox.com/0501/game050109f.shtml

this is interesting... and after they went through all that trouble to make that ****ty rip-off copy, I wonder if this'll come here any time soon >_>;

Without clicking on the link, I assume this is "DDR with Mario."

If I can find a PS2-to-GC controller adapter, I'll buy it, no question. If for any reason, just to hear cool remixes of Nintendo music that surely will be on there.

Den, I think they're initially only going to sell combo set with the mat and game packaged together. (It's kind of like the problem we have at GameStop right now with the new EyeToy AntiGrav - it's only packaged with the EyeToy camera, so if you already have the camera you're screwed since they don't sell the game separately.)

Moving along, I've read from a few sources that DDR w/ Mario may have some features that incorporate the Donkey Konga drums and the Mario Party 6 microphone. How those features would work out is beyond me, but it sure sounds interesting.

I'm sure I'll be able to find it on eBay without the pad... assuming it comes to the U.S.

On a similar note... you can play MP6 without the mic, right? I was thinking of renting it tonight.

Hmm, well. I won't make any judgements about this yet, i'll just wait and see what comes out of it.

yeah i still step on those stupid arrows... ...so what? >_>
Yeah, you should be able to play MP6 without the mic - the majority of the games don't have mic support anyways, only a handful of the mini-games use it. (For the best of my knowledge...)

All mic games can be played with the controller also. You just have to set the mic as "use controller" in the options.

Schwarzkopf shuttle loops...The most possible fun in 36 seconds.
