And the links aren't even active anymore. How was someone able to determine they liked the "new" concept art (at a defunct park no less)?

Maybe he just likes the idea of new concept art in general? Cause, concept art can be sweet sometimes... right?
Maybe he used the Wayback Machine? Actually, that page does have all the images, including the larger 'print' versions.
