New Coaster Site - CoasterBuzz

I have a new coaster site called coastNY. It is a site about NY's parks including SFDL, GE, Seabreeze, and 2 water parks. I am also going to have a rct download section. is it spamming if I ask for people to send me rct downloads for my site? And I tried the add site feature but it didn't work.

I don't believe its not allowed... just start a forum asking anyone if they have "X" park or "X" coaster for RCT.

Sorry the main purpose of the post was for the rct downloads but I did just add the thing about the forums. Ooops......
