Pantera Entertainment is working on a new 3D coaster simulator called HyperRails. They've posted the first set of screen shots on their site.

You know what I look forward to? The fact that you can enter numeric values for track attributes. That means you can make a really round helix.

Right on, Jeff. No limits is great and all, but I'm more of a left brained person than a right brained one. Punching in numbers is right up my alley. I still have a hard time getting smooth turns and elements in No Limits after 4 months with the game. There seems to be a lot of nice features in this one.
Looks like another game to add to the collection.

Cool. Giovanola hyper trains, B&M and Intamin inverted trains! Nice. The screenshots they have posted look like Viper at SFMM, but the height seems all wrong. This looks like we have another thing to compete with No Limits!

I don't see anything all that spectacular about it. There may be some added abilities which could give it an edge over NL, but I'm kind of burnt out on all these new coaster sims that keep coming out. I doubt I'll buy this one.

Definately looks better than Scream Machines for competition with NoLimits. Numerical values seem promising, and I like the different stations. Though a demo is really what I want to see. These games need easy to use editors, which NL definately has.
Yes, the corkscrew on their recreation of Viper is going the wrong way. The lift isn't steep enough, the drop isn't right, and so on.

This game looks ok, it has extremely crisp grahpics, looks even better than No Limits as in scenery, ground, and the track looks very good, but i dont think this game is going to be too much of a hit, it looks way too much like rollercoaster3d or watever that game was.
And RideOp i think scream machines is going to be better than no limits, maybe not exceeding it in graphics, but it has a far better editor, and just a lot better options.
I'm just happy that they're distributing this through retail stores. My parents aren't crazy about online purchases :)
