My fellow Americans, let's roll!
I pray that I will never see a Six Flags Conneaut Lake

Probably an Arrow sitdown multi looper; maybe a blue one?
Oh, we can only hope...What was up with that halloween thing about sleeping coasters rising again? Why did they lead us on like that:). Well maybe BGW will get a CCI woodie like people have thought in the past but I sort of like the appeal of BGW having only steel beauties. Hey I know, a B&M flyer;)(in my dreams)

movies+coasters= the most fun you could ever imagine!
I will spill the beans on a recent occurrance however. I was working at SFKK on Chang and a gentleman rode the coaster. He was fussing a lot with his seat and remarking to me about how uncomfortable it seemed. The train took off and I kept wondering where I had seen the man before. The train came back in and it was obvious that he had not enjoyed his ride. Upon exiting I noticed his jacket... and official Busch Parks Corporate logo was on the lapel. He was test riding coasters. I had remembered him from talking to him at IAAPA last fall at the B&M booth when he was scoping out their exhibit.
The moral of the story? Well, I know Busch is looking at more coasters obviously. At IAAPA this gentleman seemed pleased when I complemented him on Busch's coasters. He responded with "Then look for more good things to come."
I don't see BGW rushing into another coaster anytime soon. But they are testing the waters. I highly doubt we will see a woodie at BGW soon, simply because the chain does not like the maintenance on them. You can tell by how they run Gwazi.
But, my dream is for them to install a wooden dueling along the lines of Lightening Racer in the Ravine in between the Big Ben area and what is now Ireland. I even have the perfect theme... Jekyl and Hyde!

I take it you didn't like Gwazi very well? I absolutely fell in love with it!! Sure, it was much rougher and bumpier(a lot more than SOB actually-tell me, why do these people complain?) than I would have guessed, but it was wild, out-of-control, had plenty of airtime, etc. The dueling effect was excellent as well. Lightning Racer is one of the coasters I want to ride the most though. Gwazi was perhaps my favorite coaster at BGT purely because it was such a surprise. I figured it would be like Twisted Sisters. What I got was... well, you do the math. :)

Maybe he's talking about how slow the crew is said to be.
That's possible but I didn't really notice at the time. The waits for Lion was 20 minutes and Tiger was a walk-on(a trash can was blocking that entrance and people didn't realise it-D'oh!). I think I just thought then that they were usually that slow since there was only 2 train op each side and they had to duel(yes, on a rainy tuesday they let them duel).
