"Failing to adjust to business trends has its consequences."

There's a little-known corollary to that....goes something like this: Accurately forecasting trends can be QUITE profitable, and it seems that Branson is trying to make up for lost time in a big hurry....I congratulate the city for recognizing their downturn, and making moves to reverse it...we'll be there in June!

"spent $4 million at Celebration City to build the Ozark WildCat"

thats a great price for such an awesome coaster!!! CoasterBill, maybe you can answer my question. I know Celebration City is opening in less than 2 weeks away. What kind of advertising have you seen to promote the new park?

Perhaps some of the Smaller Parks will look at the Price Tag for this Coaster and be convinced to Buy there own Woody.

Great Deal considering these days Coasters normally go for above $10 million

I'm also glad that Branson has Found there Problem and is trying to reverse it. Orlando is not doing anything about there tourism slump.

Well there are billboards up and down I-44, and then they are having commercials in the major metro areas in MO. I saw one just this morning for SDC on KMBC9 in KC and I know they are doing the same in the 'Lou.

I have seen tons of SDC ads already... (same damn song, it's driving me insane now)... There's a place up in the mountains, where the air is fresh and clean... and so on.

I saw one TV commercial in KC this weekend for CC but that was the first one I have seen in a while. There are a lot of bill-boards out there. "City Days... City Nights" . I went to the Springfield mall last weekend, and they had SDC/CC info stand things set up all throughout the mall. They had information about Buying the "all-city passes"
