"Never Ride Again" Coasters

In reading so many Trip Reports and posts, I always notice the complaints of headaches, pain, etc accompanying certain rough rides. That said, are there any coasters that you refuse to board again, even if you "need" to ride a coaster? We've all heard of the notorious DRACHEN FIRE reports, has anybody that rode it decided they never would again (if it reopened)?

My "never ride agains" right now are:

Outer Limits FOF (Both PKI & PKD)
Joker's Jinx (SFA)
Ninja (SF Over GA)

All of these could re-enter my yes list if they re-thought the restraints, but for now... not again...

Who else has "never ride agains"?

"You have to scale a lot of lift hills to coast easily..."

Give JJ another chance. Up in front, it is fairly smooth and a heck of a ride. As for never ride agains, Mean Streak, unless the axel crackers are fixed, and OL:FOF at PKI(OUCH!).

Six Flags America IS a Six Flags park!
Anything with the "Headache Harness" like on OLFOF.

Sorry but I have never ridden a coaster that I'll never ride again, unless you're refering to a coaster being demolished.
For the time being heres a couple that I dislike the Iron Dragon and Disaster Transport due to lack of thrills.Their about as close to a never ride again coaster that I can think of.
I'm contemplating whether I'll ride Mean Streak this year or not. I had a bad experience on it last year and I hear this year it just crawls.

He means a coaster that hurts.
As for me, I really dislike Hercules at Dorney Park. It is very fickle. Sometimes it delivers a painful, back-cracking, pelvis punishing ride. Sometimes it delivers a decent, but still rough ride. The latter happens less frequently. Vekoma boomerangs can be rough, but I still ride them. The Wildcat has spoken.

Racers Start your Engines!

Personally, their are some coasters that are not my most favorite, but I will ride them if the wait isn't very long. There's nothing I won't ride again.
I agree with "coastercrazy" If the line for Mean Streak is over 30 Minutes than I won't ride. If it is less (which it usually is) I will ride.

I have ridden OL:FOF once, and only once. The pain was too great to make me come back for more. As for woodies, I actually enjoy a rough ride now and then. As long as there are no horse collars, I can deal with it.

Gotta ride 'em all!
raging wolf bobs and mind eraser. rwb, no thrills, seat dividers, and very little first hill. mind eraser, no thrills anymore.

If any rollercoaster has a walk-on,or 5 minute wait and im not heading to another coaster then ill go on it.Here is a list of coasters that I will not go on if there is more than a 10 minute wait.
OTL:FOF at PKD
Mind Eraser at SFA
Viper at SFGA
Python at BGT
I'm going to have to say the King Cobra. I always get bruises on my shoulders and mid-section every time I ride it.

I always say Ill never ride OLFOFat PKD but eveytime I go I try it again.I guess its just
wishfull thinking on my part that they will do something with the restraints to make it less painfull. If not for the restraints it would be an awsome ride. Same goes fo jokers jinx which as someone said is the exact same ride. As fo Drachen Fire I would ride that again in a heart beat. I thought that was an awsome ride. What was the major compplaint with that ride.

I've only ridden "Ow"ter Limits at PKD once... probably never again. However, I'm heading for PKI this summer... anybody got recommendations for how to limit the pain when I ride OLFOF at PKI?

11 weeks and counting...
then the Millennium begins for me!
Shame Shame I have been on some rough rides but will never refuse the chance to ride again. Roller Coasters have a temper sometimes also and if you choose to ride you should beable to accept that you might walk off with a headache. And or Bloody ears if you choose to wear earings on a ride with head restraints. But realistically speaking the allure of rollercoasters use to be greater if it was known to "hurt people" and today we see parks shutting down and tearring down good rides because they are affraid of getting hit with a lawsuite because the mind eraser caused someone to lose their memory(LOL).
So If you don't like the ride and feel that it may be too intense don't ride. That is usually why they rate the rides as intense. Would you expect a Ski Resort to be reliable if someone broke there leg going down the "Black Diamond".
The answer is no. So Take your own responsibility if you can't take the Black Diamond stay On the Bunny Hills. Or we will start to see waiver forms to sign before we ride coasters and disclaimers agreeing to our bodily harm before we enter park.

Oh yeah No Offense was meant in this post. Nobody was hurt in the making of this Post. And Most of Importance No animals were harmed in the experimentation of this post.

I will ride the "Tylenol Express" every time I enter the gates of WOF no matter how many times it gave me a headache.

#1 Steel-Incredible Hulk
#1 Wood--Timber Wolf
If I need a coaster fix, a bad experience will not keep me off a coaster. However if I am at a park like Cedar Point, I will use my time wisely.
Outer limits Flight of Fear is rough but the great launch makes worth while. Steel Phantom I will not ride even had I the chance though.

Q.What's a real vacation?
A.Cedar Point!

Steel Phantom... never again. Glad I can say I rode it, but I'm not surprised one bit that its popularity has gone down the tubes. It just tries to do too much in too little space. R.I.P.

oh but its the number 4 roller coaster on earth according to NAPHA.(sarcastic giggle)
Viper at SFGAdv, I really hurt my shoulder on that thing once thanks to the screwy restraints and it just about ruined the rest of my day at the park. Other then that, I don't think there are any others that I would never ride again.
