Need help making supports for steel coasters

This has been driving me nuts over the past couple days since I'm currently working on a B&M hyper but am having no luck in placing supports...is there any auto support utility available that can generate steel supports similar to the in game version that only creates wooden ones?

I'm also looking for some good tutorials for doing steel supports since the ones I've found so far have been of no real help at all.

I find looking a photos on rcdb help me to understand how best to create supports.

^Just creating steel supports in NL's editor is a problem...that's why I switched the coaster from steel to wood since the program can auto generate wooden supports.

Why is it a problem? Place a track node, place a footer, dress it up with free nodes wherever you like, and from there on it's a big game of connect the dots. Sure it's time consuming to do it well, but I don't understand what you're hoping to get out of this topic...?

Guess and Check. Use all of your views to tweak the supports until they look properly aligned in all views. That's the only way I know how.
