Need help in this decision...

Although I already know what 99% of the answers wil be, I'll ask anyway:

This summer, we can't decided what we're gonna do for our family vacation in the summer.  My dad has narrowed it down to 2 areas:  We go back out to KennyWood, SFWoA, and Cedar Point and get Millennium Forced until we drop, or we make the flight out to SoCal and go to SFMM, KBF, DL, and DCA.

Now, we just went out to CP, KW, and SFWoA last year, and we really enjoyed ourselves...especially at CP and KW.  I have yet to go out to SoCal for KBF, SFMM, and Disney.  Now, my dad, for reasons of cost, would like to go back out to CP.  I, on the other hand, want to ride X, Xcelrator, and many other Intamin rides in SoCal.  So i turn to you:  Go out and ride the world's greatest coaster at CP, or go ride the two newest X-Treme rides in SoCal?

if you haven't been to SoCal yet I would go there. Why not try somethin new?
I would recommend the trip to So Cal, since you have not yet been here.  Perhaps when you return you won't still think MF is the world's greatest coaster. ;)

You will also probably find a lot of other things of interest out here besides amusement parks...

If you had not been to CP, it would be a tough choice.  Your only new coaster would be Wicked Twister.  Cali on the other hand is worth the trip alone for Ghostrider!

Yes, you need to come out to the Left coast.  There are many groundbreaking rides here, and as Jeff said, Ghostrider alone is worth the airfare.  X, Xcelerator, Ghostrider, Riddlers Revenge, Goliath, Batman (so what if it is a clone), Deja Vu, S:TE, Montezooma's Revenge, Viper, and 15 others.  Heck, what's the holdup?  Run...........

Well, I would go to Southern Cal because I would never been to the parks there. If I had never gone to CP before, I would goto CP.
Rock N Rollercoaster?  Am I missing something here?

This is a no brainer for me and I'm a Cedar Point fan.  Go to S. Cal.  How often are you going to get a chance like this?  According to your profile, you live in Jersey, you can always do the CP, KW, SFWoA trip next year.
I'm with the California crowd as well. You might consider a trip to Universal Hollywood as well. T2/3D is phenominal.

I think you should head to SoCal, they have the newest inovations such as x, xcelleator.

In would go to Cali, just becasue you havent been there before and a few new coasters this year.

If I had the chance to get out to So-Cal, I'd take it!

Ummm, they do have T2-3D in USF, you know, lol.  I have done that one before and I loved it.  Is it any different in California?

I'd recommend you go to So. Cal. but for an additional reason than just being new parks: ACE's Coaster Con is at SFMM and Knott's this year; so, you'd get ERT that you couldn't normally get.

DEK, that is EXACTLY what I was thinking.  Didn't get out to the "Left Coast", LOL, this year, but plans for CC-XXV have been "in the works" since the end of the 2000 coasting season...

Nope. The same attraction. Since you've obviously been to Universal Florida, Universal Hollywood may be a bit of a let down.
I'd still choose the "west" trip though, along with the rest of this board!
