Mystery Mine Real Cost
I'm wondering how much the coaster itself would cost without the theming. I know with the theming it's $17.5 million, but what about without any of that extra stuff?
I have found that one costs $5 million in euros, but it's not the same ride considering elements, and height. It's called Typhoon and it's a Euro-Fighter Model 670/8. The Mystery Mine is called a Euro-Fighter (Custom).
^ Not *just* theming....remember, there's LOTS of other "associated costs". Land prep, station house, potentially walkways and other buildings (maybe add a restroom?).
The difference between the cost of a RIDE from a manufacturer is NOT necessarily reflective of a park's reported cost of an *expansion*...those figures can vary, WIDELY....
