Thanks

I thought everything in the Tournament of Roses Parade had to be made of flowers.
It has to be covered with flowers. There has been floats that have steretched the rules, that weren't judged but were allowed to participate.
On January 1, 1981 Honda had a Roller Coaster Float in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadina.
