My thoughts on SFOG Goliath

You guys are too funny. I can't wait to try out Goliath later this month at Spring Fling. It sounds like MY type of coaster but I don't judge till I ride. ;-) I may think it rocks. I may think it sucks....who knows? I have heard nothing but kickass reviews about it. Chances are I will lust it.

Who knows Tina the vibration thing they are talking about may not be such a big deal and may be good for you. LOL. (wink)

If I lived closer I certainly would run and do that coaster regardless of the tracking issues on the first and second hill. A B&M out-and-back coaster is what I've been waiting for. This just seems like riding in the land of milk and honey.

Honestly, the vibrations experienced on Goliath are really no worse than any similar vibrations on other B&Ms. It is only at the bottom of the first drop, and it does not detract from the ride quality at all IMO.

I kind of like it, makes the ride seem a little more intense...

I hear that it's train 2 that has the vibrations.

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!

^Well Goliath will be the first thing I "do" during Spring Fling, and if I love it, like I am SURE I will, I probably won't leave!

Trust me, you will get a phone call, Lisa! I will wait until later in the day, though. I don't want to wake you up since we are three hours ahead of you. ;-)
