My stupid prototype.

Keep in mind, there is no intention to build this, just did it for fun and a few laughs, not serious about it, just something stupid.

FScottS's avatar Now THAT would be a ride! =) You'd better patent that...some crazy flat makers will steal your idea and make millions! LOL =) *** Edited 8/4/2004 12:17:06 AM UTC by FScottS***

That looks like a lot of fun, and I'd definitely ride it. Call it the "Witches Wheel Gone Whack."

Somehow I think I would bump my head. Nice pic however.

kpjb's avatar How about "Deliriprise"? No? "Enter-fris"?

Wednesday, August 4, 2004 11:45 AM
that does look cool, and you got the angle of the enterprise to match pretty well with the arm of the delirium. nice.
Wednesday, August 4, 2004 11:47 AM
Shouldn't you add some vomit shooting out of the sides of the cars?
Wednesday, August 4, 2004 11:58 AM
You should submit your design to Zamperla. On their website they are asking for ride submission ideas. Who knows?

boblogone's avatar For version 2.0 mount a Scrambler at the end of the arm, 3.0 could use a Chaos.

janfrederick's avatar And make it large enough so that instead of individual cars, there are individul Zippers. ;)

Cool prototype!

Wow this would be awesome.

I cant believe it does not already exist.

Too late to patent now. Someone will beat you to it.

But you really had a great idea.

I'd wait in line for it! ;)

Kick The Sky's avatar Not too stupid if you ask me. I see one major problem with it though. On each end of the swing, the cars are going to jostle and really shake the hell out of the riders. Someone brought up putting a chaos on the end. That idea would actually be really good. You take the standard delirium wheel, put chaos cars around it and those things would spin every time you crest the swing arc. Can you imagine making the downswing completely upside down with your head a mere few feet from the ground? Wicked!

Awesome Photoshop, by the way.

Certain victory.

A swinging Chaos would be a great idea! Actually, I used to think that Exalibur at SFStL was that same concept before I went out and saw it in person. Looking at still pictures, I had assumed it was a swing ride.

Has anyone seen this "High Energy" ride?
Click on "VideoClips" on the toolbar and you'll see the "High Energy" ride video second on the top row. Here's a swinging ride that actually looks more intimidating than Delirium (IMO).

That Rocks!
I'd ride it!

"Just looking at (insert ride name here) makes me sick."
Your ride looks awesome. I'd be one of the people waiting in line too.

I like to ride woodies.
