My Great DaY AND MY FIRST ROLLER COASTER @ SF/G/AD

Hello Everybody. My names holly. Im in 7th grade middle school. Well on friday 04/26/02 we went to sixflags great adventure. I was never on a roller coaster before due to the fact i had a fear of them. So i decided to get over that fear and go on a coaster b/c they looked like a great bunch of fun. I chose for my 1st coaster batman : the ride. I was standing there with my group and the line grew shorter and shorter until after and hr of waiting we got on the ride. I couldnt belive how much i missed out of life. that coaster was great. well we headed across the park on our way to "great american scream machine" and me and my boyfriend walked right on. That two was an awesome ride we "screamed" our head off . getting off the ride we were dizzy and looked drunk. lol. so then the time was flying by and i headed to the ultimate ride Medusa. We waited so long to get on that ride. That ride was the greatest. but due to the time deadline we had no extra time to spare to go on Nitro or any other rides. That day was an awesome day and i was so excitied that i got my courage up and went on roller coasters. I cant wait to go back in the summer and also go to hershey, pa.

Good Job Holly. Gald to hear you had fun. I was there lst weekend and my girlfriedn has never been on a coaster either. She is 19. Well anyway we ride Rolling Thunder and she doesnt feel good. So we left after an hour. Hehe. The only good thing about that day was I got a new name for roller coaster tycoon....The Puking Heather

Me too! I had no idea what I was getting into, but my sister dragged me on when I was eight. I still remember the floor dropping out, and feeling my head slam into the headrest.

When Batman the ride came out i was like 10 -11 so I got to ride it when I was 12 and I was forced to go on ,and my parents regret that becuase now i love rollercoaster so much! And molly wait till you get to other parks with difrent styles of rollercoaster.... thats when it gets intresting. ANd you think one hr is bad for Batman the first time i rode it i had to wait over 3hrs in the hot sun!

I'm in 7th grade too

I remember how frigtened I was to go on my first real rollercoaster (Jan 01) at Sfmm.. My brother forced me to go on Revolution, Riddlers Revenge and Viper ast Sixflags Magic Mountain. I my heart was racing while in line for riddlers revenge. I almost felt like I was going to cry (I am a chicken) I hated RR then and I when I went on Revolution the 2nd time with my eyes open I suddenly loved roller coasters. I went again In June and went to Goliath and Bmtr and collosus + sfmw too.. I started to go on coasterbuzz jan 01 but I kept changing usernames.

My first coaster was when I was 4 it was Rolling Thunder at SFGAm (please come back!) but Batman TR was my first B&M and was my favorite coaster after the first ride. (it is not my favorite anymore but it is still up there)
