When I made my first park, it was all jacked up, I didn't know how to use the game that well, but it still beat forest frontiers.

I think that it is pretty nice for your first park, I don't know how it can be your first because don't you have to beat one scenario before you get to the Bumbly Beach Scenario?
not in my case...I just went str8 to Bumbly beach because it had the most flat land.
But it isn't supposed to be available until you beat one of the scenarios that are already available. So wouldn't the one you beat to get to that scenario be your first park.
