This does not include new train ideas (but I HAVE to push the Vekoma flying coaster, as you could just recycle the corkscrew track type and create new trains, but I digress...)
A 'Snap to support' function on the editor. Like in AutoCAD, you can snap to various places. Tangent, corner, midpoint, etc. Maybe for those free nodes, you can have a button that allows us to snap to support so that they don't fly in space.
And on the idea of supports, you should add the standard B&M 'V' shaped support to the list of prefab supports. It would make life easier.
Lastly, shuttles. Here's what you'd do. Take off the 'must be a complete circuit' message. You would have a prompt in the 'coaster settings' section that would say 'shuttle.' If that were clicked, you would have an option to say 'station passes' which you would enter in a number corresponding to the number of times that you want the train to roll through the station before the brakes pick it up. For the lifthill settings, you could have 'shuttle lift' where the lift would drop you back down itself when you hit the top. For the LIM segments, put something like 'reverse fire' that would allow the segments to fire forward as well as backwards.
That's really all I can think of short of new ideas. These are just things to think about, as I have no idea how close or far you are to releasing a patch for the game (and how long there would be between them.)
