The Greatest band in the world......KISS!!!!!!!!!!

Beer, My Baby, and Coasters, AND FREEDOM!! Is this a great country or what? ;)
Tchaikosky's 1812 Overture
Seriously, none of these other bands woulld be known in a few years.  Only rock music I belive would work would be elvis, kiss, the beatles, and the rolling stones.  Anyhitng else and ina  few years you would go who the heck is Blink Staind ya know?  I mean how many of you 14 and 15 year olds even know who The Presidents of the United States or Ben Folds Five are?  In 1995 they were huge very few bands or music stand the test of time.  The only bands out there now that I can see doing this are The Dave Matthews Band.

Does CCI know how to make a bad coaster?

ok I have thought about this    while not a coaster I think Rob Zombie House Of Zombies might be a good theme for a dark ride/haunted house  with the car your in spinning alot thru the scenes   the  song Living Dead Girl or More Human Than Human blaring over the speaker     if youve heard these   songs they sorta feel like spinning

I'd love to see a drag-racing-themed coaster that is synchronized to Metallica's Fuel

"Gimmie fuel, gimmie fire, gimmie that which I desire..."

I even built a coaster in RCT that was synchronized to this song

I thought DCA could do a version of RnRC themed to Zep's "Going to California".....Of course, the easy answer is "You Spin Me Round" for a teacup ride - that voted "over the top" by two out of three drag queens...

Florida needs an Intamin and/or CCI soon...PLEASE!
Son of Drop Zone - PKI CoasterCamp I Champions!!!

Its like ever post I read I cringe a little bit more!  Make it stop!  Make it stop!  ;)

If the shoe fits, find another one.

I could see a hyper coaster themed to John Coltrane's "Giant Steps." Of course, I'm probably the only person on this site that listens to jazz ;)

I'd like to see a tropical themed coaster with lots of Jimmy Buffet and carribean/steel drum music.  A water coaster would be ideal.

No you're not.

Any songs containing, Nelly, Ja Rule, J Lo, No Doubt, Pink, Stained, Linkin Park, P.O.D., and any other artist with hip-hop, or rythmy music great for curves and stuff. Like N*Sync would be great on like Mr Freeze, or Texas Giant at SFOT, as they had in one of their videos for there music.
Good Lord we have a bunch a teeny boppers in here.  I would have to say Alice Deejay / Beenie Man ("Who am I" would go nice with a BMer)

What's love...it should be about us, it should be about trust!
Rob Zombie!   Never gonna stop!  :)

Chuck, who sees parents cringing :)

167 coasters asn hopes to be over 200 by the end of 2002

Hey ANTUAN  I'm no teeny bopper   I'm a child of the late 80's (hair rock ) I just think Rob Zombie/White Zombie would go well with a dark ride   of course we'd need one of those Kid Rock "radio edits"  but it would work

Sugar Ray "Answer the Phone"  It starts off 'We're on this roller coaster ride, stand here i'll stay here by your side, we head up to the top then we slide back down.  Upside down tryin' to figure out...' something like that.  It would be great

Rollercoasters are my life, I think about them more than I think about....wait, thats all I think about

The Who
-----------------
Montu, God Of Coasters

Raging Bull, Don't Fight It, Ride It

Definetly Led Zepplin's Stairway to Heaven.  It's a good band, a good song, and we could hope that it would be a good coaster.  I think it would be perfect themeing for a floorless or 4D.
How bout Weezer's Don't Let Go?

Just a thought

Or a dark ride to some Pixies or Guided By Voices?

I wouldn't use rock music to theme a roller coaster. I think a ride could be made more exciting by using classical music. If you picked the right song and paced the ride to fit it, it would be awsome.

I might have to agree with you there - Mozart's symphony 40, K. 550 movement 1 would be wonderful on a big, smooth ride like MF. Just edit it to fit the tempo changes to the air hills, and viola! It would really need a Tchaikovsky ending, though.
