Has anyone tried adding more than one entrance in the toolbox design mode... It allows you to add as many entrances as you like but will it allow you to play this way... I am going for the Six Flags Worlds of Adventure type Layout....
I designed parking lots on each side of the park with roads leading off the board added some buildings for the corporate office look... zoom out from the park and it looks almost real..
See, I can find good in the new RCT2
Don't know if you've tried the "Dusty Greens" scenario yet, but it's kind of neat how the peeps enter the park from one of two entrances in the middle of the park. Very clever design.

Cool, I never thought of putting the entrance in the center of the park, I assumed the "Peep starting points" had to be on the edge of the map, since you can't own the edge row of the map.
I always wanted to design a park where peeps enter from the center as that way all your signature rides could be somewhat equidistant from the main gate, allowsing a better distribution of park guests.
To answer the base question: I think you are limited to two peep entry points, so if you wanted to build a SFWoA replica you could use one entry point for the Wild Rides side, and the other for the Wild Life side.
My first time through the scenario editor I built an elaborate front gate entrance plaza with fountains and gardens and such to recieve the following error message "Can't Continue - Peeps must have a single wide path from the starting point to the gate, with as few junctions as possible" I guess one could buld a straight path from Start to the gate, then some decorative (but inaccesbile) plaza on either side. Makes me wonder if you can build as many entrance gates as you want, but only two are functional? Ah so much experimenting to do.:)
Next scenario I create, I will have to see if I can use the stackable scenry to create a row of ticket boxes before the front gate, I mean outside of Hersheypark what other gated park has the ticket seller right at the front gate?
I think the simple gates (no buildings) would thematically work better for a pay-per-ride park as it would represent a gated but free admission park.
