MSN's Picks for Top Ten Amusement Parks

I really had no intention of locking horns with a member of the D.C.S. (the Defenders of Camp Snoopy). I'm sure its a great park. At this point I'm more suck on what makes AstroWorld such a remarkable destination.

And as far as Boardwalk Parks go, why not mention Wildwood? Is there anyone willing to argue that we should take this list seriously.

No more seriously than your opinion. Or mine. Or anyone else's individual take.

Except PFF's...at least today anyway! ;)

And bonus points for those of you that recall the kid show this post is modeled after. ba dum BA. :)

Dave Dragon, go Dave Dragon, and the Star Force Five!

I am actually jealous of Camp Snoopy. Why?

Because we freakin' need more of these built throughout the northern U.S. (You know, where the snow is guaranteed to fly every winter).

What makes it worse for this Chicago area native is that we had the first indoor amusement park with a mall but it only lasted 5 years thanks to political and management B.S.

R.I.P. Old Chicago. You are missed. *** Edited 7/13/2005 10:32:58 PM UTC by Chitown***
