Mr. Freeze to be SBNO

There is a brief report on Screamscape reporting that the coaster will go SBNO due to problems with the footers. This is the highlight of SFoT IMO, and its absence will definitely be felt. Anybody here with anymore knowledge? Also, could such a problem be remedied without a substantial deconstruction?
