Last night while waiting for S:TOP, they started testing Mr. Freeze. I asked several employees if it was open, and they didn't think so, but one said it was supposed to this week end.
By the time we got off S:TOP (after waiting only 30 min), we could see people on the trains. My daughter and I ran, as casually as we could, for the que...20 minutes later we were watching a veritable piggy bank of pennies floating at the top of the spike.
This was my first time on Freeze, and I don't even want to think about OTSR's. After riding Poltergiest, I have to question whether they're even necessary on most loopers. But I'm sure there are several threads about that one already.

But Shock Wave is where it is at!
Amen! And the best thing is that it always (well, most of the time) has a very short line.

Am I really that shy?
On a side note, that was the first time i had managed to get on Shockwave while visiting the park, and those two intense loops in a row really surprised me.
