Movie success can be measured by theme park attractions

Success in Hollywood can be measured in any number of ways: box-office grosses, the number of assistants you employ … the size of your theme park ride.

We got several trips on Minion Mayhem last week. We were Despicable Me (and Minion) fans already, so we are probably somewhat biased. But, all four of us thought it was a solid attraction---lots of fun, great detail and a good storyline.

How about a quick review Brian?

Will do, after I get out of the backlog of work that piled up while I was gone.

But, femtoreview: Minions are funny.

Had not seen Despicable Me - we thought it was a solid ride, and a good re-work of the attraction....but honestly, I thought there was more *ride* in the attraction when it was Jimmy Neutron.

Could be. I'm ashamed to admit this was my first visit to Universal, so I can't compare them.

You know, in all of the years I had annual passes and what not, I never set foot in Jimmy Neutron.

I haven't been to Universal since The Funtastic World of Hanna Barbera was in that spot. Interestingly enough, our visit was the day after it closed. So I've not experienced any of the three.
