motors missing on Sfgam's dejavu

they are clearly missing i am looking for info of when they were removed. And what is going on. I dont know why my last post was deleted i am clearly in the TOS and i am just trying to find out some info on the construction.

I find it incredibal that they would houist those motors up there. the take them down. are they replaceing them with diferent ones. i dont see why they couldent just fix the problem while they were up there.

I've heard rumors that a crane is back at SFoG behind DeJa Vu. From what I understand, the are replacing the motors and cables with something stronger (or better). I guess this will prevent a cable snap if the train enters the second climb to fast.

This almost makes it 99% sure SF will stay away from vekoma. Yeah sure some prototypes can be delayed, but the problem would be known BEFORE they acctually build the ride. If this is true, what piece of track would be placed wrong. The towers? And one more thing, does anyone acctually know for sure what the problem is with Deja Vu, I'v been hearing a lot of different things from MM's station is too small, and oG's breaks "broke". Does anyone acctualy know what is wrong with the ride?

No, and I don't think we'll ever know the problem unless there's some type of official press release.

when u look up at the platforms on the towers. half way up the tower there used to be the huge probably 20 ton motors, now there is nothing just a platform. i am just wondering what is going on. i would think they are replacing them with something better or they wouldent take it off the tower.

well actualy i was posting it to tell everyone what i saw and to give an update. this will at least delay things 2 weeks because they have to hoist the motors and attach them. sorry i will not talk about it anymore.

They're obviously not teaching him much since he can't find the shift key or spell out "you."
