Mother sues Lake Compounce over death of son

The mother of a boy who died last year following an accident on one of Lake Compounce's water slides is sueing the park for $15,000, alleging that the ride's restrictions and precautions were inadequate.

i was at the park when all three deaths occorred... in this case i believe that the park was infact at fault...the safety regulation sighn was not clearly posted, he WAS however checked for height...i believe the park was at fault.
