Most Photographed Part of a Ride

What do you think the most photographed part of a ride is? I mean of a specfic ride and not what element that can be found on different rides. Here are a few that I can think of.

Loch Ness Monster-Interlocking Loops

Big Bad Wolf-Last drop

The Boss-bundle of track in the ravie

Millenium(sp) Force-First drop

Now what do you think.

Joker's Jinx- The tangle of track (which is the whole ride)

Mind Eraser - The heart shaped loop at the begining of the ride.

Wild One- The final Helix

Hypersonic XLC- The vertical tower.

Volcano: TBC- The top of the volcano where the track comes out.

Any coaster's first big loop, it's the biggest inverision, so it's photographed the most. I think S:TE's tower is the most, every time you see a pic of that ride, it's of the towers.

So what is better? SFMM or CP? I don't care! They both have 29 coasters between them that they build so we can have a good time!

I would gues that Loch Ness's interlocking loops are number one for steel coasters. The other possibility would be the Matterhorn's splash down. Number one for woodies would be the top of the lift hill on the Coney Island Cyclone. People just can't resist that sign.

All of these are likely to be at the top because they have been around for a long time. People have been taking pictures of the lift hill on the Cyclone for 75 years now. The Matterhorns splash down has been around longer than any other likely spot on a steel coaster.

I think this one has to take the crown :p Fujin Rajin at Mitsui Greenland in Japan (the stand-up racers) the ONLY pictures i can ever find are of the drops. ive found 2 more now though

The immelman on Top Gun at Carowinds as seen from behind.

Duh! The top of the lift hill of Beast, staring down upon two near-symmetrical helixes is probably the most used. Its awesomeness is incredible!

-----------------

Most famous in order:

1.Looking down first drop of the Beast

2.Interlocking loops of Loch Ness Monster

3.Top of Millenium Force's drop at sunset

4.Farside view of Magum XL 200 first hill/drop

5.Coney Island Cyclone's sideview

6.Incredible Hulk's launch/cobra roll/loop and barrel

8.Big Bad Wolf's second lift and drop over lake

9.Hercule's first drop/helix

10.Rolling Thunder's turnaround

Maybe because that is all there is to the ride...

Vertigo, those are right on the money.

Agreed on Legend (spiral drops ROCK!), but the one I can't believe no one has mentioned is the second drop on SP/PR...
