I agree, Outerlimits beets out all for roughest. Ive only riddin it about 3 times since it opened ( I live 3 minutes away ). It WAY to rough for me. I loose half my brain cells each ride!
Serial Thriller, i came off of that with a very painfull headache!

The Beast! After the second lift hill when you hit that left turning helix at about 55 MPH, i killed my neck. I walked around like a fool the rest of the day with my neck tilted to the right side to ease the horrific pain. But the pain was well worth it because the beast is the best coaster on the face of the earth in my opinion
You are all wrong about Outer Limits. I did not find it painful, just a little rough. If you hold tight you are fine. Unfortunetly, I did not hold quite tight enough on the King Gardner Snake at PKI. Ouch. If you don't keep your head all the way back, it hurts so bad. The front on OL: FOF isn't very bad by the way. With the trims, Mean Streak is now painfully smooth, and it shouldn't be. Also, I had a hard time on the Racer backwards. Only because my lap bar went two notches too far down after cresting the first hill. Every airtime hill was extremely painful for me. Same thing happened on the Beast. Also, the Big Dipper at Michigan's Adventure was suprisngly rough for mE!!! I'm sure the little ones don't like it. The Dragon Fyre at Canada's Wonderland blows chunks also.

DOWN WITH TRIM BRAKES!
Only painful one is Psyclone at Magic Mountain. That is of course when it used to go fast. Now it goes so slow it aint very rough. Stupid Stupid ride!! They need to burn it. Oh and another thing Arrow coasters are not rough.

LONG LIVE ARROW DYNAMICS!!
My most painful ride has to have been on Hercules at Dorney. If you don't lean forwad it just kills your back. This is 1000 times more voilent than Mean Streak.
For a flat ride my vote goes to my favorite the Flyers at Knoebels. The next day after several good snapping ride my lower back is sore for several days. Still the best flat ride on the planet. :)

My most painfull ride was the backrow of Viper at SFMM. I got my jaw bashed against one of those rock-hard shoulder harnesses and it knocked the back bracket off my braces. Now that hurts!
My most painful ride was my first for this one coaster. It disappointed me soo much because of all they hype about it. After riding magnum, i had bruises all across my thighs from the restraints and i had the worst headache, i couldnt believe it.
hands down has to be outer limits at PKI. that was the worst coaster ever. No way i would ride this thing ever again. no excitement or thrill at all, just PAIN, PAIN, PAIN!!!
1. Mantis
2. Wildcat
I still ride both every time I visit the Point. They are great rides, I just can't handle more than one ride on each.

Oh yeah I for got Mantis. But I ride it different now so it is not painful.

DOWN WITH TRIM BRAKES!
Of all the coaster experiences I've had, OL:FOF (both PKI and PKD) was the most terrible for the head banging pain.
Joker's Jinx is next...
Followed by those clone Vekomas... OUCH!
Although woodies can be rough, I'll take a rough and tumble woodie over a head banging head restraint any day!
