Morgan coaster questions?

I just wanna know two questions. The first one is does the morgan company make inversion coasters if so name one please? The second is is their a morgan coaster out their that gives alot of airtime like the phantom's revenge? I heard about their other ones but I never experienced one except the Phantom's Revenge.

I can answer your second question. It's called "Phantom's Revenge."

I don't think morgan does loopers although I am sure they would if a park would buy them.

The morgan hypers used to give alot of airtime but the air has been decreasing alot. PR airtime is totall unlike the morgans that I have been on

Actually, you probably want to either ask two questions or know two things.

I think you already know what the two questions are.

1, not that I know of

2, I unfortunatley must agree with Matthayman, the morgan hypers have been getting less air as the years go on...damn trims.

They had to put trims on the Phantom's Revenge so they could run 2 trains. When the trims weren't there, the train came into the station brakes too fast. Even with the trims, I still think PR gives a good amount of airtime.

The trim on PR on affects the hill and the hop into the station and not at all noticably.

Sorry...I should have specified that I was referring to the trims on the hypers like Wild Thing and Mamba.

I haven't ridden PR, but I have ridden SD2K, so yeah... Morgan makes airtime machines...:)

They haven't but I seem to recall some quote in the past where it was said Steve Okamoto could design a looper that would 'knock your socks off' if asked.

Then again, what's happened after the CF coasters, SD2K and the reborn Phantom?

Steel Force is Morgan, it offers decent air time

I love Steel Eel's airtime! It's amazing from start to finish...........Lots of floating airtime...............the way I like it!
Two words–Steel Eel. It shocked the hell out of me, and it's beautiful to look at to.

I've never missed the chance on my "lunch break" from fiesta texas to ride steel eel. Awesome!

A quick look at www.rcdb.com reveals that not one of the 8 coasters Morgan has manufactured has loops.

Steel Eel is Morgan's best kept secret in the US at Sea World San Antonio!! Although it is not as tall as the Morgan "Trio" and Phantoms Revenge, its ride in train row 1.3 is floater air bliss with most of the hills providing four full seconds of airtime. (These rides were done in 1999, assuming that no trims have been added since then) The unique Morgan layout with non-sequential drop sizes, the dive to the edge of the lake, and the smooth ride throughout also make Steel Eel a real winner and worthy of a solid 2nd place ranking for my conventional sit-down steel coaster list, behind only MF but ahead of Goliath at SFMM.

Morgan's Quicksilver Express mine train at Bonfante Gardens in CA is also one of the best mine trains I've been on, especially in the back!

The only two rollercoasters that aren't hyper by Morgan are the Santa Monica West Coaster at Pacific Park and the Quicksilver Express at Bonfante Gardens. Seems like they may specialize in that type of coaster. If you ask me, Morgan coasters are underrated.

There isn't a Morgan built, that I've ridden, that I didn't love. They are all great ! Actually, now that I think about it, are there any BAD Hyper's anywhere (except maybe Desperado) ?

Goliath. I didn't really care for Steel Force too much, either.

Chris, better lay off "The Big G" man, that ride was right up there for me....I don't have any Arrow hypers rated that high, or even any Beemers for that matter. The only hypercoasters (non-inverting) that beat out Goliath for me were of Intamin manufacture....the *secret* is all in the trains! Which, not coincidentally, is a big reason I really got very little from Steel Force(less)....
