Morey's Piers- Wildwood, NJ Selling a few rides

Apparently Morey's Piers is trying to unload a few of their rides. I found all of these rides are for sale. Seems like some of them have been on the chopping block for a while too, but still keeping them running... I would really hate to see condor go. That has been one of my favorites flats since I was a kid.

FOR SALE:

Jersey Junkyard

Tornado

Breakdance
http://www.italintl.com/detail_page.php?record_id=260

Condor
http://www.italintl.com/detail_page.php?record_id=464

Inverter

Rock & Roll

Odd. I knew about the Breakdance (which is already gone from the pier) and the Inverter but not the others. The Tornado and Rock & Roll are surprising because those rides are really new. As for the Condor, I wonder why the gave it a new LED lighting package this year if the ride is for sale?

Does this mean CP gets their record back? :)

I would assume so ;)

ROFL, good thing I know 8.3 is kidding, cause there's more than a couple CP fanboys lurking that will likely take this opportunity to celebrate the return of the King...LOL!

35K for Jersey Junkyard, huh? My sister in Flemington has a pretty big back yard...hmmmm...*almost* had her convinced to go on my New England coaster junket. Although, honestly, I'd WAY rather get ahold of Dark River...

The night I was at Morey's back in July, something malfunctioned on the Inverter, and it totally smoked out that end of the pier. People were just sitting in the ride engulfed in smoke!

I survived a Japanese typhoon and the Togo flat ride of death!!!!!!
Yes, it is called July 4th Fireworks.
For 35grand a small park should buy that up quick, it would be a good envestment. I would'nt mind seeing it at Lake Compounce along with Breakdance & Condor IMO are both good rides.
never been on it, probly never will, but I'll miss that condor ride, thats been there ages, its part of the Morey's Skyline, Ill miss seeing it...
My mother, who has an awful fear of heights, enjoys the Condor so I will be sorry to see it go for that reason alone. I like the views it provides of the surrounding area.
I will surly miss the condor, i enjoyed as a child when i wasn't tall enough for the coasters yet, the sea serpent & great nor'easter... two vekoma classics i know, but i really wanted to ride. the most thrilling ridei could do was the condor.also more recently ive discovered teh condor as a quite grand date ride. its not really the ride as so much the positioning taht works out :)better than the ferris wheel ill add. & it would pi$$ me off not seeing it there anymore
