That's "Eyerly" as in "Eyerly Aircraft Co." meaning Acroplane, Loop-O-Plane, Rock-O-Plane, Roll-O-Plane, Fly-O-Plane, Octopus, Spider, Monster, Sidewinder, Bulgy the Whale, and Midge-O-Racer.

If you look at patents for Stan Checketts, you'll notice that he references Eyerly's shot ride patent in his own patents.

Well not "he" as in Stan but more than likely it was the Examiner of the application. Hey, our best descriptions of the current "state of the art" *is* other issued patents you know...
