Ride is still VERY silent. Earring studs can remain but earrings that hang must be removed...at the moment.
So guys wearning small hoop earrings have to take them off? That sucks. Or do tiny hoops count as studs?

I know, your thinking, just take them off... but it's kind of a pain.

Not sure, Den...I have no piercings. Anywhere.
Bummer :(

I can be quite fun at parties if you put me behind a curtain and find a magnet - etch a sketch anyone?

-Jimvy ;)

ps - I'm joking really. No, honest - I am ;)

Nice way to hijack my thread, Jimvy! ;)
Thats our Jimbo!

Sounds like a new TV sitcom: "That's Our Jimbo!"

Tonight, on "That's Our Jimbo!": hilarity ensues as Jimbo gets a job on a chocolate factory assembly line."

I didn't say the show was original ;)

ROFL - just so long as it's not the packing department Mooshie ;)

If SB turns out better than Great Bear, I'll be a happy camper...:)

bill, wondering why mOOSH only ranks inverteds...;)

I would place SB slightly below Carrowinds Top Gun, and slightly ahead of Great bear.

1) Fire Dragon

2) Montu

3) Top Gun(PCar)

4) Silver Bullet

5) Great Bear

6) Top Gun(PGA)

LOL, I guess you can tell DWeaver has the same opinions on Fire Dragon and Ice Dragon as I do...:)

Pyrrhock's da man!!1!1!!

Either way, I'll be happy to give SB a lap or two, or a hundred, whenever I'm not on Monte or Ghostie...and since we're in the name-changing mood, can we re-name this one "Bully" so it fits the THEME...;)

Mooshie, Bassy, Monte, Ghostie, Bully...I'm getting psyched for Solacie...:)

Slightly below Top Gun? :-P Slightly above Great Bear? :-P

I got the impression that SB was a nice, "family" coaster as in "fun and friendly" and not "fun and intense"

In either case I can't wait to ride it soon. :-D

The reality of that comment, Jim, is in the title of this thread. ;)

Rob - still ahead of the game.

SB is very much a family coaster, that's what Knott's wanted, a B&M 4 seater that families could ride together. That said, SB has moments of intensity, but it's not an all together intense coaster.

If that's what your looking for, your going to be dissapointed. But if you expect a solid B&M experience with great visuals and a few moments of "whoa, that was great", then SB is the coaster for you.

Rob, you are a bad, bad man!

Rob? Bad? Never! ;-)

DWeaver,

I HIGHLY doubt I will be dissapointed. I have heard nothing but positive things about SB.

I haven't met I B&M invert YET that I didn't like. ;-) Raptor, Top Gun, and the Batmans are still my fave but they all have their qualities. :-P

Nothing about rob is bad, from what I hear. Painful to first timers, but not bad;).

You are still trying to come to Solace, right? And bring Tomoko. I want to meet the woman who had the nerve to marry you;).
