Really looking forward to Epic... It's exciting to have a ground-up park of this caliber and what appears are be a really great mix of dark rides, medium thrill and high intensity stuff. Hope it's as good as we all hope/expect!

I'm old enough to remember all the conversations that surrounded the introduction of the original Universal Park to Orlando. When Disney was pressed about the new competition, their standard line was that it was good for Orlando and it was going to drive the creativity forward for the amusement industry. They were not wrong.

But I thought Universal was the Disney killer?

I remember those arguments. By that logic, Disney wouldn't have built third and fourth gates to "compete" with themselves.

They should put a Yeti in there just for the hell of it.

I know where they can get a used one, if they don't mind getting it in pieces and putting it back together. Frankenyeti.
