Modified Track Layouts

How many coasters out there have actually had their track layouts modified since opening in some way to change the ride? Off-hand, I know of Phantom's Revenge, SFMW's V2, Kennywood's Thunderbolt, Drachen Fire, MGM's Lightning Bolt, and a few others. Which others are there?

yeah, I'll just refer you to the 6 page "hercules remembered post" for that answer because I'm not going into it again. In short, yes, hercules was reprofiled.

Texas Giant and the Mine Train at SFOT have been modified since they opened.

Wasn't the Bat modified a few times before it was torn down? I think it was but don't hold me to that.

A few sections of track on The Bat were banked to try and help fix one of the many problems that plauged the ride. Obviously, it didn't work as the park / Arrow had planned.

I remember reading about Zingo in Tulsa being modified by removing the speed hill right before the turnaround and replaced it with an underground tunnel.

I could be wrong about this..but I do remember reading it in a history report on Bells

Let's not forget Wild one's first drop got reprofiled along with a couple of hills in addition to the butchering of that once mighty turn around element.

Thunderhawk

Technically, it wasn't "thunderhawk" that got reprofiled. It was still considered "the coaster" at that time.
