Y'know, I was torn about calling Shrek the best 3D attraction because I absolutely adore Muppetvision. They're both excellent and I wouldn't ever recommend seeing one *over* the other. Maybe it's that I've seen Muppetvision so many times and Shrek was new to me, but I found Shrek to be a lot funnier and the in-theater effects, particularly of the seats, is a really big bonus. Muppetvision was built pre-HISTA and ITTBAB, of course, and lacks the same in-theater effects of the newer attractions.
Mission: Space wasn't so bad that it ruined my day. I was able to ride everything else I'd normally ride and survived. It just struck me as a bit odd, really, that it'd effect me like I did. Rides never make me sick or uncomfortable.
