Missing out a coasters best version?

Correct. Some people say it complete fell from grace after they changed the T-bars. Idk if the bizarro era offered a inferior experience from the og but i tell you, 2002 version was Godly. I rode 5 times, all giggles everytime.

It used to be my favorite coaster. I had a friend who lived in CT and we'd ride it all the time. Last time I rode it, 5 years or so ago with the shin guards, we had Flashpass which offered a re-ride every time you used it. I declined my front row re-ride. That's how bad the shin guards were.

Strange how Intamin shin guards can be so painful (Skyrush, SROS) yet I have no problems with RMC, or even the old Premier launchers. (Freeze, FOF, etc.)

Neither Superman (SFNE) nor Skyrush have shin guards. Those restraints aren't the most comfortable, but that's just because of how they contact one's thighs. Superman's shin guards were removed in 2009 when they replaced the restrains during the conversion to Bizarro.

YES! I know the entire song by heart and even added a new verse about newer Hanna-Barbera characters. I wasn't even alive when the ride was around, but being an HB fan, I LOVE it!!
