Mini TR: Kennywood-Labor Day

I decided to go the annual closing day last minute (the joys of living close). You couldn't have asked for a nicer day, and that was kind of the problem. I pulled in the parking lot around 1 and saw the Kennyville Parkway (ski lift type of thing) operating. Uh-oh since I had to leave by 5.

I got in line for PR and the amount of pens filled looked liked a day I was there last month. My riding partner and I decided to get the front so that added to our wait naturally. By the time we got off another awesome PR ride, we had killed two hours. I for one can't wait for two train operation next year.

After that we got in line for longer than average waits for the Thunderbolt and the Racer. That was it. There were lines for basically everything imaginable at the park. KW's 103rd season is over at 10PM tonight (or last night) Another great season and summer. My season is officially over now :(
