Millennium Force Valley??

Will the safety gooroos (i dont know how to really spell that ... ) make them alter the ride this winter to fix that? Or is the computer control satisfactory enough that they'll let it stay the way it is? I have also noticed that the 2nd hill does bring the trains to a very low speed over the crest.

The word is spelled "gurus". And have faith in technology. Sometimes I would much rather trust a computer than a human op, that's for sure. ;)

Incidentalist has got it almost but not quite right..

The second train cannot crest the lift until the train is PAST the end of the brake run, that is, when the first train is all the way into the unloading station. The second train may start up the lift as soon as the lift is clear, but it may not go over the top until the brakes UPTRACK OF the unload station are clear. This is why you will feel the lift kick into overdrive partway up the lift: it runs at a slower speed while the train ahead is going through the safety brake, then cranks up to full speed when the safety brake is completely clear.
