Millennium Force opens to record pre-season events

On Saturday, The Longaberger Basket Company held their annual "family day" at Cedar Point. 7,000 employees and their families and guests filled the park to capacity. Millennium Force opened with only one train, apparently due to some problems with the anti-rollback device not disengaging on the lift. By midday, the second train was added to help move people through the two-hour line. The third train was not used, as they haven't been able to get the dispatch timing right.

Sunday looked like a June weekend crowd. The line reached an incredible four hour wait time as guests were determined to ride at least once. Meanwhile, rides like Raptor and Magnum had relatively short waits and even walk-ons at certain points throughout the day.

This is as good as it get got to ride Millennium Force at the AAA preview day well worth the wait for the front seat.
The Wait was definately worth it, i rode the ride 3 times, once with a 45 minute wait, once with a 2 hour wait and once with a 3 1/4 hour wait, but the experience of being one of the first ever people to ride the MF was well worth it.
Millennium Force is my new favorite roller coaster!
