Millenium Mania At Cedar Point! YES!

I am going to attend Millenium Mania this year at Cedar Point, want to know if anyone was there last year and how crowded it was and how many rides you were on?

It is on September 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th of 2001. Cost is $20.00 per person if you purchase tickets over the net, $ 22.00 at the gate. Millenium Mania runs from 3 P.M. to 9 P.M. and the only rides operating are the Magnum, Mantis, Millenium Force, Raptor, and Power Tower. Not a bad deal especially if the park is pretty empty. It was packed last year you deffinetely dont' want to waste your time...

I heard all the lines were huge, and even for $20 it wasn't worth it.

Yes, it was VERY crowded. 3 hour wait for Millennium Force, was not worth it.

Was it Millenium Mania or Coaster Mania that was packed?

Are you joking or something, b/c i heard that MF was on the ramp every night, maybe CP is selling less tickets?

Fine, i will tell what it was really like. :) They didn't advertise last year. Millennium Force 0-5 min wait, on Raptor, we didn't even get out of our seat. Just kept reriding. I got 20 rides on Millennium Force in less then 2 hours. On Mantis, we were the only ones on the train ( me and someone else).

It will NEVER be like that again. Last year, there was NO advertising and there was very short notice of when it was gonna be.

I am guessiing it will be very crowded this year. Probably not worth it to go this year.

last yaer they sold out of tickets, and they probably will this year too. I just hope it's better than my last visit, i got 10 rides on MF in 1 hour, Magnum walk-on, 10 min Raptor

Last year they were only selling a certain amount of tickets. I don't think they have a limit this year. Thats why i think it is going to be very crowded.

They're still claiming limited attendance at www.cedarpoint.com. Anybody have connections to find out how many tickets they plan on selling?
