Millenium Force Question

I was very unfortunate to make my first and probably only (for a couple of years at least) trip to CP pre-Millenium Force. Every review I have seen has given it wonderful ratings. My question is, what exactly is so special about it? I've seen pictures. The first drop looks killer, but overall, it doesn't look too bad. I love the park, and will eventually ride it, so what do I have to look forward to?

We are the ones who wait in line for hours for a 45-second thrill, and consider it time well spent.

A lot people want it to be a lot of things, but what it is is a huge drop and nearly constant speed. For being as tall as it is, it has a relatively short track distance, thus the speed.

It has a ton of floater air down the drop and back and forth over the lagoon, but an airtime coaster in the traditional sense it's not.

No matter what it is you look for in a coaster or what you've done before, there's quite simply nothing like it. That's the best way I can describe it.

Jeff said it right, it is really like you can't explain it. No coaster anywhere keeps it speed so much throught the ride. It is also really powerful. The overbanks are just great. There is good airtime here and there. You just have to ride it. (Middle preferably)
