From what I understand, I think this is a problem with heavily costumed characters at most parks. I know that CP had some problems with the Berenstein Bears on occasion, but I don't know if it's happened to the Snoopy cadre. Unfortunately, some people just can't find more constructive ways to get their thrills. Not like there would be coasters to ride or anything...
