Michigan's Adventure info

Can anyone tell me what Michigan's Adventure is like on a Saturday? How are the wait times, especially for Shivering Timbers? Also, do you know of any good hotels nearby? Any info will be appreciated!
Michigan's Adventure is really never that crowded although it should be!! I went on a Sunday and everything was a walk on. Shivering Timbers had about a 1 train wait only becasue they were running one train!!!

For hotels, Muskegon has quite a few, plus the town of Whitehall, just north of the park, has a couple. Since Muskegon is a tourist town, rooms for big weekends can go quick. Get a reservation before you go.

Where is Michigan Adventure?

Just north of Muskegon, near Lake Michigan.

MA is the busiest on a Saturday. The longest I ever waited for ST was on a Saturday the first year it was open. I waited 20 minutes and they only had one train running. I went there on a Monday in June of this year. I was there 3 1/2 hours and I got 20 trips on ST and 3 on Wolverine Wildcat (Of course I didn't ride anything else).
MA is only $20 and well worth it. I would say if you are going to stay the entire day to bring your swimsuit. Your $20 gains entrance to the water park also.
